APPIAICATION OF Autonio Scorbine To be Admitted a Citizen Jailor of the United States of Ameriça. By occupation antonio scorpione being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the abowenamed applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America: that he was born in Utaly on or about the, I day of, 1830 June in the year one thowsend nine nunurco and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, of april yew york in the State of D. 1896 and that he now resides at No 825 W. mam new york on or about the 11 & day Street, in Wateriary that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since, april 1886 and continuously within the, State of Connecticut since did on the 14 acemon 89 april 1 896 and that said applicant day of before the declare his intention to become citizen of the United States and renounde abjure all allegiance to any foreign City Crut of Brioklyn Kings Country new and york Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. W. main Street, may in malesburg that he personally knows that the applicant has resided gontinuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America of Connecticut since VIG april april 896 and continuously within State 1 896 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
