APPLICATION OF Antrios Rous To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation labore antons Roes being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America: that he was born in Vala on of about the 1st day of may in the year ane 7865 lower emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, Philadelphia THE in the State: you your on or about the 3 day of, nine that he now rosides at No East Vine Street, in WE that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continubusly within the United States since June 1897 and continuously within Connecticut since June the State>of 897 and that said applicant did on the 2 11 day of efore the - ruthire Court declare his intention to become a citizen of the,United States and renounc and abjure all allegiance to any foreign waterbay Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of anyother organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens intô the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Clerk. intressesses Frank Dance being, duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No Bellevne BLRU Street, in milestring State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a contrastor that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applieant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past Seven years, to wit, from June - 1. 897 and that he resides**at No. kast Vine to June 1994 that his occupation is that of abover Street, in waterary that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since June 1897 and continuously within State of Conpecticut since June 897 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903. 14 Sworn to before me, this day of.
