By occupation George Manukas being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the abote-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of Ameriga ; that he was born in shere on or about the 17 day of march in the year as thousand tredger 1871 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new York in the State of march A. D. 89 and that he now resides at No 34. church new your on or about the 1st day of, Street, in Mangatich that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since, march 1981 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since Ducment 1 898 and that said applicant did qn the 19th day of, october 1896 before the the court of Common Pleas, Country of Lancaster Pennsylvanna declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and)renounce and abjure all allegiando to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 7th day of. September 1904 aniford Hoot. Clerk. George Manucker Applicant. Costas Scures being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 144. South main Street, in maturative State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Confections that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-namedi applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 25 years, to wit, from 1899 1 to 1904 1 that his occupation is that of, conlectives and that he resides at No. 34. church Street, in Mangatuck that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since, march State of Connecticut since Occenter 1898 and that during the said time of his 893 and continuously within residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
