54 ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. A To be Admitted a Citizen Rolling mill Humed of the United States of America. Cherdon august By occupation Chirehauem being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States ,of America ; that he was born in, ronway on or about the 20 day of None in the year one thousand sign nine hundred and Sixty nuce and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, Beogona march in the State of, Kurious No on or About the Street, day of, A. D. 1893 and that he now resides at in Thomaslin that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since March 1895 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since march 1 and that said applicant did on the 28 dav of Clotor 1896 before the District Countoy malubuy declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. 20th Sept Sworn to before me, this .day, of. 19 1904 Sheodor Amyford of Root Clerk. august Applicant. Horrard m. Ganuary being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No occupation a humber he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- Indoon Street, in Thorioston State of Connecticut, and is by ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past Danx years, to wit, from Jaguary 1898 1 to that he resides at Nowa Street, in Thomoson sept 1 904 that his occupation is that of. Molling mill and that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of States America since, State of Connecticut the United United since States of and within the and 888 that during and the continuously said time within of his residence within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same, That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawfu assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the Sworn United to before States," me, this approved March 3, 1903. 19 amford Hoot Clerk. of Houard Whankay Witness.
