Begard By hasicka being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is in applicant on or about the, 20 day of August in the year born one the above-named for admission as a Citizen of the United States, of America ; that he was thottsand eine hundred and 1864 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of in the State of newyork on or absortation about the Rewight 17 day A. D. 1889 and that he now resides at No Street, of in Hymouth that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States sincel April 17 889 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I Hobst 894 before the spuly 1989 and that said applicant did on the of Oout of Nahibuy declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, not has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Luding No main Roch Street, in Plumouth State of Connecticut, and is by being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at occupation Soundw that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known, him 14, years, to wit, from October 1890 and to the that Bept past he resides at No. gam for his occupation is that of Soundy man Street, in Plymouth that he personally knows that the applicant has resided confinuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States since. of America Octobar 89 and continuously within State of Connecticut since 890 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903 Sworn to before me, this, GA day by of. 19 1901 durburg Such dimford of Root Clerk.
