Aday APPIICATION OF 1 To be Admitted a Citizen Lodo maker of the United States of America. By occupation Adaep Brumath being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is for admission as a Citizen of was in Instia the above-named applicant about the the United day of, Deplants States of America that in he the year born one on or thousand nirre hurdred and 1872 and emigrated to the United States, at the Port of, newyork in the State of neurond on or about the day of, April A. D. 1 892 and that he now resides at No muty are Street, in Hymouth that he has arrived the age of wenty-one years; at that resided continuously within the United States, since. April 1892 and continuously he has within the State of Connecticut since, April sto 1892 and that said applicant did on the Signam day bouch of, 1 900 before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says. that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An the of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
