being duly sworn, deposes and No Street, in says that State of Connecticut, and is resides he a with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, personally and has acquainted that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and by occupation for the past years, to wit, from known to 1 that his occupation is that of 1 and that he resides at No Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits diction of the United Statos of 108-Lukish U. IN THE Common Pleas COURT OF Connecticut AT faterbury IN THE MATTER OF THE NATURALIZATION OF PETITION John Lukish To the Honorabie, The Common Pleas Court of Connecticut , at Waterbury, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Through Henry Nicolls its District , Director of Naturalization, presents this, its petition, and respectfully shows: 1. That John Lukish a former subject (or citizen) of , Li thuania ,was naturalized as a citizen of the United States by the station pistricted court, by virtue of an order dated October 7, 1904 and a corvificate of inturalization issued to him thereunder; 2. That the said John Lukish expatriated himself by becoming neturalized (or by taking an oath of allegiance) a.s a subject (or citizen) of Li thuania , on May 27, 1930 as evidenced by the follow- ing exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof, to wit: Letter from the Secretary of State, dated July 19, 1930, to the Secretary of Labor, Enclosing, Certificate of expatriation executed by the Vice Consul of the United States of America at Kovno, Lithuania, dated June 25, 1930; Copy of letter from Jonas Lukasevicius (John Lukish), dated May 5, 1930, to the Consulate of the United States of America at Kovnd, Lithuania, giving reasons for renouncing his American citizenship; and Copy of a letter from the Lithuanian authorities at Kovno, dated June 10, 1930. WHEREFORE, Your petitioner, the United States of America, prays that this honorable court issue an order directing the clerk of this court to enter upon the above-described record of naturalization as a citizen of the United States, the fact and date of the expatriation of the said former naturalized citizen, and to issue no copy of said record of naturalization nor any information in regard thereto to the said expatriate, nor to any person in his behalf, until the request or application for such copy or information be transmitted by the said clerk to the Commissioner of Naturalization, Washington, D. c., for appro- priate inquiry, and the recommendation of the Commissioner of Naturalization shall have been received and considered by your honorable court. 15a-F. District Director of Neturalization Court of of Record. hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal of said Court this day of A. D. 190 Clerk.
