ORDER
Upon consideration of the foregging petition of the United States of
America, through
Henry Nicolls
its District Director of

Naturalization, and the evidence filed as a part thereof, it appearing to
the Court that the former naturalized citizen described in said potitión
has expatriated himself, and the Court being fully advised in the premises;
It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the Clerk of this
Court note upon the aforesaid record of naturalization the fact and date
of such expatriation;
And it is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that no copy or
information concerning said record of naturalization be issued by the
Cleck of this Court until request therefor by or on behalf of the
expatriated person has been transmitted by the said Clerk to the
Commissioner of Naturalization, Washington, D. C. and the recom-
mendation of the latter to this Court in the matter has been received.
