D. Dand that he now resides at No in Octobatrung that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years: that he has resided continuously within the United States since October 1 896 and continuously within, the State of Connecticut ,since tephnolor 1903 and that said applicant did County bouch Kings bouily Saloffsurance all on the dav vof, Flui 1899 before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. John Fernandez Applicant/ John D. gegare being dulv sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No Street, in (balebries State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a thysician he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the United States and has known him for Jenn the past years, to wit, from 1897 and Octobs that he resides No. 694Bauld 904 that his occupation Street. is that in stalubusy of, Juraler to at that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- State of of Connecticut the United since States Septimbtin of America, since diction 1897 and continuously within 902 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawfu assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
