89 APLURIBUS ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF To be Admitted a Citizen Hand of the United States of America. By occupation Axel Larson being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is in, the sidden applicant on pabout the THE day of march in the above-named for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America: that he was born vear one chousand nime hundred and of in the State of, newyork on or about the 20th day 1873 and emigrated to the United States, landing 24 the Port of newyorks A. D. and that he now resides at No. 11 Cosettle Street, that behas arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that in he has resided continuously Thin the United States since continuously withing State of Connectignt since Sure 894 and 894 and that said applicant did on the day ,of, Cylond 1900 before the nalubuy declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and Vrenounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Larron English dully sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Gover that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-name applicant for admission to citizenship of the said Unted States, and has known him for the Surn and that he resides at No 11 bassett Street, in Walebury to Oct past? years, to wit, from 1 904 non that his occupation is that of, A different 897 that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since, State of Connecticut since Sept Sept 1897 and continuously within 1897 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," March 3, 1903.
