By occupation Induled Thomas Dixon being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is in, the Cenglain above-named applicant on for or about the as a 17 day of April in the year admission Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born one of newyork in the State of neevick on or about the 01 thousand hundred and 1869 and emigrated naine to the United States, landing at the Port day of, October D. 1 898 and that he now resides at No BunkersHeee Street, in addubuny that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that Ceraber he has resided continuously within the United States since 1 898 and continuously Dishistours within the State of Connecticut, day of Espenber since Clober 1898 and that said applicant the did on the of naturary declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Superwander that he is a of America, and personally acquaint- citizen of the United States ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known bim for the past 13, years, to wit, from August 1 891 and that he resides at No. Bruten Hill Street, in loatebury to Oct, 1 904 that his occupation is that of, Insuranceut that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- Celober diction of the United States of America since State of Connecticut since Child 898 and continuously within 1898 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty. necessity, or propriety of the unla wful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
