98 APLURIBUS ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. To be Admitted a Citizen Sagler of the United States of America. By occupation being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a of the United States of America: that he was born in Italy on or about the 1881. day of, June in the year-otre shousans nine lundred and and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port newyork in the State of, newyork and on or about the 20 day of of may A. D. 1899 and that he now resides at No. man Street, Natubay that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years: that in he has resided continuously within the United States since may 899 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 899 and that said applicant 26 day of, Dept did on the l 1901, before the Dwhich Count affracubury declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with ad- any vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of anyother organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. 8 Oct. Sworn to before me, this dogy of.. Hoot off Leiberata a Timase Applicant. Clerk. being dulv sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 40/hdgy Street, in Nahubuy State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Failer that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-napred applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 90A that his occupation is that of, Sallor years, to wit, from may 1999 to and that he resides at No 416sts mani Street. in Gatebury that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and Cunder the juris- diction of the United States of America since may ,599 and continuously within State of Connecticut since may 1 F99 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unla wful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
