No Street, in being duly sworn, deposes and says that he resides that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally occupation State of Connecticut, and is by at a with the above-named applicant for admission to of the said citizenship United States, and has known acquainted for the past years, to wit, from him 1 to 1 that his occupation is that of and that he resides at No Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and diction of the United States of America since 1 under the juris. and continuously within State of Connecticut since 1 and that during the said time of the residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, his to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness attached of same. That in so far as he knows, is informed. or believes. the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he the all organized government nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching to opposed such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or dis. propriety the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens nor into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. IN THE OF APPLICATION OF THE ABOVE-NAMED APPLICANT TO BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The above-named applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States pursuant to the direc- tions of the Act of Congress of the United States, entitled "An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization, etc.," passed April 14, 1802, and the Acts subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits and making such declarations and renunci- ations, and taking such oaths as are by the said acts required, and it appearing to the Court that the said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it is United States of America. ORDERED by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the By the Court, FRost Clerk. I, LINFORD F. ROOT, Clerk of the District Court of of Record.
