112 the APLURIBUS ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. OF | To be Admitted a Citizen Polation backer of the United States of America. By occupatión being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is for admission as a Citizen of the United States/ of America; was that he born surder the above-named on or about the 23 day of Ahmay in the year one applicant in nine hundred and 1874 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of newyork in the State of newyord on or about Holckkiss the day of may A. D. 896 and that he now resides at No Street, in Nauqatuclo that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously, within the United States since may 886 and continuously within State of Connecticut since Angust 1898 and that said applicant did on the the day of bank Clinton 1 898 before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and/renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Malubury Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with ad- any vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. this 13th aday Oct Sworn to before me, desiford FRoot Carl Johnson Applicant. Samuel Hirding being Clerk. deposes dulv-sworn, and says, that he resides at No 78.40 nater Street, in trangaluck State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed for the past. Oor Sux with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said August United States, and has known 1898 him to wit, from to 1 90Agrat his years, ocçupation is that of Lubber borker and that he resides at No. Hokchlais Street, in Aragamet that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuoitsly within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of August America since, 1898 and continuously within State of Connecticut since August 1898 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or to all nor does he advocate or teach the or of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of generally, the organized opposition government, organized government, duty, officers necessity, propriety of Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
