By occupation Box maker, Carl hinell being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is in the surrece above-named applicant for on or admission about the as a of the United day of, July States of America that in he the year born ; was one thonsand-aine-bundred and 1879. and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, newyork in the State of newyork on ,or about the 21 day of, July D. 1.A, 99 and that he now resides at Street, A. in laugalucto that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that sinee, July 1 899 and he has resided continuously within the United States continuously within, the State of Connecticus since, 1901 and that said applicant did 25 of, Oet 900 before the Central on the Dwthchoout ,day aftbracter stale all to foreign declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure allegiance any Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with ad- any vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized entitled govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Samuel Hooding Street, in A State of Connecticut, and is by being dulx sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No, 78 No natur occupation Butty mlan that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally him acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said July United States, and has known for the past Fewres years, to wit, from 1899 and that he resides at No 1/2 to Oct 994 burless that his occupation Street, is that in of, Mangaluer Box maker that he personally knows that the applicant has /resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of Ameriça. since July 1099 and continuously within State of Connecticut since march 1 901 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all is he member of affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief organized in or opposition government, to all nor organized a government, or nor does he advocate or teach the duty. necessity, or propriety of of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the Sworn to before me, this. 13th of.
