D. 888 and that he now resides at Street, Naugature that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that in he has resided continuously within the United States sincen may 1 888 and continuously within the State of Connecticad since may 1888 and that, said applicant did on the Grabick day of and renounce and abjure/ all allegiance to 1896 before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, with that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. this 14th Oct, Sworn to before me, day of. 19. Paul Balmikk (being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No SAAunner in thangatink State of and Connecticut, and is by occupation he is a citizen of, the United States of America, personally acquaint- ed with the above-named rapplicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the lew years, to wit, from OCt 1 894, to past Oct 1 904 that his occupation is that of, Shostspeaker and that he resides at No. 12hospeet Street, in Tangaluck that he personally knows that the applicant has within the, limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of since 1894 and continuously within State of Connecticut since, American 1 894 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawfu assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March, 3, 1903.
