By occupation Pahrik Krating being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the abovenamed applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States, of America that he was born mland. in on or about the 11 of allegar in day the year onr thousand nine hundred and 1877 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, newyour in the State of, newyork on or about the 24 day of may A. D. 1899 and that he now resides at No Jounan Street, in Nangaluck that he has ;arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since may 899 and continuously State vof, Get 1902 before 899 the the of Connecticut sunce may 1 and that said applicant did on the Destrict day bouch ofebalubury declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and (renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled " 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Street, in. taugaturic State of Connecticut, and is by being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No occupation à he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past) Terr years, to wit, from all 1, 1 899 to CA 904 that his occupation is that of Rubbr Wouker and that he resides at No. Gonzan Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since Cleeg.I 1899 and continuously within State of Connecticut since alug 1899 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
