By occupation Shaw Crekie being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the aboye-named- for admission as a United States of America ; that he was born in Scotland on or poors about the: day of Jairary in the/vear one thouland nine hundred Portfared and and emigrated to the United States, the Port in the State of mame landingzai of, April A. D. 1 892 and that he now resides at No 47200 mam Street, day on or about the of, in Matubuy that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since April 882 and continuously did on the within the state of Connecticut day of Gept since may 894 and that said applicant 1 900 before the District declare his intention to become Lallegiance to any foreign a citizen of the bowt United States and of thatuckury renounce and abjure all Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Adamballan being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No A95 Washugln Street, in natuber State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a, Amman, that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the pasty OCA Kight years, to wit, from appeal 1 896 to, 1 his occupation is that of machinish and that he resides at No 472A main Street. in Walubuy that he personally knows that the applicant has resided con within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America State of Connecticut since within since the April he has 896 and 1896 that during and the continuously said time within of his residence within the United States and State, behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
