To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation shop Jane is the above-named applicant Day for being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he /admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born Onlain in on or about the 15 day of, august in the year one thousand nine hundred and 1892 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of newyork in the State of merood on or Dabout the day of, may D. 892 and that he now resides at No. 841 Baldrow Street, in loatebully that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously >within the United States since may 882 and continuously other Octobaya ( Ammer before 882 the and that said applicant within the State of Connecticur since. did on the day of, declare his intention to become a citizen of the United abjure all allegiance to any foreign District States and renounce and Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, with that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition n to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of anyother organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Day Arllian Rordon being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No Street, in, Waterbucy State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Basturder that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said Seph United States, and has known him for the JUO 899 and to that he resides at No Street, in past Oor. 84i Baldion that his years, occupation to wit, is from that of Shophane that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since, State of Connecticut since Sectept 899 and continuously within 1 899 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty. necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
