APPILCATION OF Michael censtace { To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. Coachman By occupation Michael J. Constace being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the aboy namied applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born in reland on of 17 day of september in the year one of thousand Port of eight new hundred york and D. in sevenly the State and of that he new now and your resides emiggated at No on to or the about academy the States, 16 Hill Street, at day the four United landing in that he has arrived at the age of twenty-ong years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since continuously within the State of Connecticut sinde october may may 1896. and did on the 21 903 896 and that said applicant das before the the of District Crut of maluntary declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens Sworn to before me, this 91 Aday pf. Edward P. ms Gowan being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. cutter street Street, in hatestorin State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Brass Roller that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-namedllapplicant for admission to citizenship of thesaid United States, and has known October the past .years, to wit. from to 904 that his occupation is that of mayan 896 that and that he resides at No academy Hill Street, in within materlown the limits and he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously under the juris- diction of the United States of Amey 10a since State of Connecticut since may may 896 896 and the continuously said time within of his and that during residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order disbelieve and happiness of the same.
