By ocgupation is the Doyle for being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he admission as a Citizen of the United States of Ameriça : that he was born in on or about the 17 day of month in the year one thousand nine hundred and 1873 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, newyork in the State of neurond on or about the day of, may A. D. 18921 and that he now resides at No 6/k filbuth Street, in Walebury that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years: that he has resided continuously within the United States since, may 1092 and continuously within the Stare of Connecticut since, did the 2300 Oct, may 1895 and that said applicant on day of, 1 902 before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Distract Count of naturaty Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says. that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. O'leonor simford Hoot Clerk. form Day Applicant. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No, 103RackRoadMic Street, in Walubury State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Byphar that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known Six you him for the past years, to wit, from 1898 to OC, GPA that his occupation is that of Transsler and that he resides at No 17 Gilbut Street, in Walubuy that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since State of Connecticut since residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached Jac Jaw 1 890 and continuously within 1998 and that during the said time of his to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty. necessity, or propriety of the unlawf assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
