APPICATION OF To be Admitted a Citizen ocçupation Rubby cooker of the United States of America. By Joney Dpadola being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in Italy on or about the 16 1811. day of face in the year one thousand nine hundred and and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of newyous in the State of on or about the 29 day of, October A. D. 1896 and that he now resides at No 15 High Street, in languard that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years: that October he has resided continuously within the United States since, 1 896 and continuously within the State of Connecticut #3 since Colotar 1 896and that said applicant did on the day of the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
