209 APLURIBUS ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. APPLICAVION OF To be Admitted a Citizen Bar Fgnder of the United States of America. By occypation Ouccut Guokas. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named a oplicant for admission as a the United States of America; that he was born in on about the day of, may or in the vear one 18725 of, thousand, newyouk nine hundred and in the State of neurroud to on or about thes at Port day and emigrated the United States, landing the of, December D. 1092 and that he now resides at No. 05 Pheuard Street, in Walebury that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States sinve December 1 continuously within the State of Connecticat singe December 1893 and that said applicant did on the 20 day of Dept 1 902 before the which Couit officienting declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. John Zemanlowatory being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 439 Street, in loalebury State of Connecticut, and is by occupation shophwed that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-namied applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past sex Oct years, to wit, from may 898 to that he resides at No. that occupation Street, in Solerbuny 904 his is that Baclereder and that he personally knows that the applicant Has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since. may 898 and continuously within State of Connecticut since may 898 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
