APPLICATION OF To be Admitted a Citizen Polisher of the United States of America. By occupation McDonald. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is thelabove-natned applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States nof America; that he was born in Inlane on or about the Q. day of may in the thousand eight hundred and Severly hno and emigrated to the United States, landing at year one Port responsible in the State of newyork on or about the 8/24 day the of A. D. 1 892 and that he now resides at No 92 Wolcall Street, in Coalectury that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since applicable 1892 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since f Upul Sept 1895 and that said applicant did on the of 902 before the Drinch United States and and all declare his intention to become a citizen of the renounce abjure allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of themAct of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens Sworn to before me, thist BAth day of. Aduly deposes and Amerond soot Pabriok me Wonald sworn, says, that he resides at No. 68toalunt occupation bmotable that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally Street, in Abulibury State of Connecticut, and is by acquainted above-named policant for admission to citizenship of United States, and has known Brye with the the past 12 years, to wit. from pack Molesher 1892 to his occupation is that of and that he resides at No gribolcath Street, in coalubury that he personally knows that the applicant has resided cont innously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since Sept 1842 and continuously within State of Connecticut since Seph 1895 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawfu assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific in- dividuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entited 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
