Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States,' approved March3-1903. P.Porter being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at occupation a Bartunder that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally Street, in (balulruy State of Connecticut, and is by acquainted with the above-named for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has Carl the past to 90AD his occapation years, is that of shop haves 1 to wit. from may 899 and that he resides at No. Street, in toalubuy that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since may may 1899 and continuously within State of Connecticut since 899 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
