John OF BY occupation APLICATION Shophaud. To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. Wourres. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born in musiana thousand-eight Port of nework hundred and in the State of my newyork and emigrated on to the United the at day the Strawbly on 6r about the 121 day of march in the year one or about in of come aluture A. D. 1899 and that that he now he has resides at No of he has resided continuously within the United States since Incle graver arrived at the age twenty-one years; that 1899 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 1899 and that said applicant did on the day of 1900 before.the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and fojure all allegiance to naturny any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved Mareh 3, 1903. 24 Cet Sworn to before me, this day of. 19 amiford Hoot Applicant. Adam Aegao Clerk. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 85 Leaund occupation a shophaus , that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally Street, in Walubuy State of Connecticut, and is by known him for the past Cellor acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has years, to wit, from to Oli may 899 and that he resides at Now togs 90 that his occupation Street, in Malubuy is that of shop that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America, since, may 849 and continuously within State of Connecticut since may 1 that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
