APPLICATION OF John To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation Driver John is the legenainge for admission being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he in Rusmahitemania the above-named applicant as a Citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born on or about 2 day of Hif. in the year one thousand eight hundred and 25 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of of A. D. 1893, and that he now resides at No 29 Janrance Street, in the State of new york about, the 15 on or day in that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since continuously within the State of Connecticut since did on the 21 day of S chall july apart 1893 and and that said applicant 1942 before the declare his intention to become to any he a astript citizen of the United le States ourt and renounce of naturary and abjure all allegiance foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Bolth being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 6 8 6 Street, occupation a Salmmer that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally in naturating State of Connecticut, and is by acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 6 1904 that his occupation is that of Waller years, to wit. from 1 898 to Et and that he resides at No 29 Lawrence Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- watery diction residence within the United States and within the Thas as a man of of Connecticut the United since States of July America, since Justy State, United 1 1898 and continuously within State behaved and that during of good the moral said time character, of his 895 attached to the principles of the Constitution of the States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
