APPLICATION OF Thomas Brownlow To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation Wynamo I under il Thomas Brownlow being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America: that he was born in England and on or about the 20 day of Oit in the year one thousand eight hundred 68 and ,emigrated to the United States, landing at the of lung Port of new fah A. D in 1896 the State and of that he n.y. now resides at No on 44-Hilbourn or about the / le Street, in fungatureh that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since continuously within the State of Connecticut since Dct aug aug and 896 and that said applicant did on the 20 .day of 1,858 before the declare allegiance to any his w intention street to become a citizen boung of the United States and renounce and the abjure certificate all foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoeved, etc., as appears by of the Clerk of instuling said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Millnand bourt Street, in nergetered being duly sworn, deposes State and of Connecticut, that he and resides is says, at by occupation a Aulman that he is a cititen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 8 to 1904 that his occupation is that of Wyndmp Gynder years, to wit, from aug 1 896 and that he resides at No 44 M albour in nangalich that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since any 1 846, and continuously within State of Connecticut since 1896 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, and attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order happiness is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve tertaining the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either specific in nor or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate of or teach, in- dividuals of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, entited because of or his their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress " An Act to regulate or the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
