APPLICATION OF Longi Mangins To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation Tabora Louisi M argini being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in Italy on or about the 22 56 day of Sept. in the year one thousand eight hundred and and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new York in the State of of March A. D. 1896 and that he now resides at No 311 So, in am Street, m.y on or about the 28 day in wateringy nangating that he has arrived March at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since 1 896 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since March 1 896 and that said applicant did on the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to w street comped waterbury 15 s day of 961 before the any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Pocco Piculo being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 313 So, Mami Barber that he is a citizep of the United States of America, and personally Street, in nangature State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 8 904 that his occupation is that of Labour years, to wit. from March 896 to trt and that he resides at No. 11 So, M am Street, in nangatuck that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continugusly within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since March 1886 and continuously within State of Connecticut since in anch 1 896 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific in- dividuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entited " An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
