By occupation W yours abovenamed illiam Shop applicant for B admission as being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in Indand on or about the 11 day of wor. in the year one thousand eight hundred and 76 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new york in the State of A. D. 898 and that he now resides at No 859 Rim n.y. on or about the 5 day May Street, of in he has resided continuously within the United States since materbary that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that continuously within the State of Connecticut since May May 888 and and that said applicant 22 OM 1 8198 before the did on the construct bourt of of day declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to waterbay any Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoeye etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk further of said foreign Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein.
