95 APLURIBUS MINORS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. United Drela Bella APPLICATION OF To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation shop hand Janusangs aboye-named Della for admission Bella Citizen being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the applicant as a of the United States of America; that he was born in Italy on or about the 25 day of July thousand eight hundred and 84 in the year one and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, my in the State of my on or about the of be day matering A D. 1 897 and that he now resides at No Bank 610 Street, in that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since Davis D 1 897 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 1897 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 25 of. Left day 19U Vincery Dollabella Applicant. Stephen Dill Re lee Clerk. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 697 Bank Street, in Watering State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a shop hand that he is citizen of the United States of and a America, personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known(him for the past to Jept V2 906 that his occupation years, to is that wit: of From July hand 1884 and that he resides at No 610 Bank Street, in matering that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since Due 1.847 and continuously within State of Connecticut since the 1897 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same, That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
