September 19\n3,\nlire\ndisined Kook\nApplicant.\nClerk.\nNo. 98thin\nbeing duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at\nStreet, in Ibalibuly State of Connecticut, and is by\noccupation\na\nacquainted known mm forthe past there years, to wit: From-\nmachine\nthat he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally\nwith the above- named applicant for admission to citizenship of Said United States, and has\n1.8.98\nto-\nand that he resides at No. Strury\nSeptember\nhis occupation is that of\nStreet, in Walubury\nthat he personally knows that the applicant has fesided continuously within the limits and under the juris-\ndiction of the United States of America since\nmay\n1894 and continuously within\nState of Connecticut since\nmay\n1\nhe believes when he\ncame to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his\nresidence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character,\nattached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and\nhappinees of the same.
