APPLICATSON OF Mm 7mcGarrity To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. bar Tender By occupation is the above-named applicant as a of th United States of America; that he was born William for admission F . me carrity Citizen being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he in Inland on or about the 29 day of may in the year one thousand story eight hundred and 79 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of april A D. 1.880 and that he now resides at No 59 Fuller in the State of My on or about the x I n day of Watering Street, in that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously withín the United States since april 1 880 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since Sept 1080 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized govérnment, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 25 day of. Sept Lindand Clerk. Applicant Ohas Monaghan being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 18 ayers Street, in matering State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Whulmight that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 46 years, to wit: From to Rept 906 that his occupation is that of bartender april 1880 and that he resides at No J9 Fulls Street, in statentry that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since april 1880 and continuously within State of Connecticut since Sept That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
