D. 1889 126 Dalduru Street, in Waterbourd that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States sincel continuously within the State of Connecticut since may may 1589 Applicant 1889 further and deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," March 3, 1903. Romas Byrnes Clerk. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 473 8. main Street, in toalebuny State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a/ shop Roud that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the Terlow applicant and 1893 has known for the for admission years, to to wit. citizenship from of the said United States, to Systmary Him past 995 that his occupation is that of and that he resides at No 826 Balderic Street, in Walubuy that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since. 1893 and continuously within State of Connecticut since 1895 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, theduty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific in- dividuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entited " An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
