( being duly sworn, deposes and says that he resides at No Street in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past years, to wit from 1 to 1 thathis occupation is that of and that he resides at No Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant hal resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since 1 , and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 1 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during thesaid time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
