City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. lo APPLICATION OF Stanley miszorsta To be Admitted a Citizen driver of the United States of America. By occupation Stanley mesjorshi being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named lapplicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born in Russia on or about the take breat in the year one thousand eight hundred and persenty fun and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new your march in the State of new your on or about the 15th day of A. D. 1900 and that he now resides at No. 22Sclen Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since march 1900, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since march I 900 and that said applicant did on the 19th day of September 904 before the new B ntain GG Count f declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlaw ful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of \ specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 25 day of. September 19 06 George Wudden Applicant. Clerk. antin being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 192 Washing lin Street, in new Binan State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a furmline dealer that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past over five years, to wit, from april 901, to hust time 1 , that his occupation is that of driver and that he resides at No 22 Slow Street, in new Bnlai that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since april 1901, and continuously within the " State of Connecticut since 901 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
