Thomas Egan being duly sworn deposes and says, that he resides No. 363 maier at Street, in new Britails. of Connecticut, and is by occupation a asst foreman that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past to Sept. fine 25 th 1906, that his occupation is that of Electric Euginer 1901 years, to wit, from april and that 363 main he resides at No. Street, in New Britaile that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since april 1901 18 , and continuously within the State of Connecticut since april 1901 , and that during the said tinie of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same, That the so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized in nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to goverment, all ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing organ- of officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act any of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
