By occupation buffer Kajima Padchastri being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-uamed applicant for admission Citizen of the United States of that he born in Russia on or about the as a 28th day of march America was in the year one thousand eight hundred and Eighty and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new you in the State of new yak on or about the 3d day of march A. D. 1897 and that he Yow resides at No. 830 range Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since march 1897 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since " I 597 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 25 day of. September 1906 George Wundrew Rogrim rodzin Applicant. Clerk. Gredistan nidgweki being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 19BB Street, in NswBriten State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a labour that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past him years, to wit, from march I 897, to present time 1 , that his occupation is that of buffer and that he resides at No 83drange Street, in new Brilain that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since march 1897 and continuously within the " State of Connecticut since I 897 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
