declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign
Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court,
heré produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes
and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated
with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he
advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlaw ful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of
specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government,
because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act
to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
