being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past years, to wit, from I to I , that his occupation is that of and that he resides at No. Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 18 , and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I , and that during the said tinie of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same, That the so far as he knows, is informed, or not nor believes, the applicant does disbelieve in is he opposed to all organized goverment, in nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of organ- officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or any of other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of any the Act Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States,' approved March of 3, 1903. I, audrew A. hindue , the above-named applicant, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States and that I do absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to King ORear of Deveden of whom I have been heretofore a subject. So help me God. Sworn in open court, this 17 day of September 1906 George Wendrew Clerk. Applicant. At a City Court holden at New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain in the County of Hartford, and State of Connecticut on the 17 day of September 1906 Present, HONORABLE JAMES E, COOPER , Judge. IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION OF THE ABOVE-NAMED APPLICANT TO BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. April "An 14, 1802, and the Acts subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Naturalization, Act of entitled the Congress of the United States, entitled "An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of pursuant etc.," passed Act The of above-named applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States to the directions of by in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits and making such declarations and renunciations, 3, 1903, and appearing such oaths as are Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March and Congress personally made and recorded, it is the said acts required, and it appearing to the Court that the said affidavits of the applicant and his taking witness were duly States of America. ORDERED by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United By the Court, Georgenrendred Clerk.
