United States of Elmerica. at on the City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the ast County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. on APPLICATION OF he Alaus molcout anderson To be Admitted a Citizen his of the United States of America. he By occupation turner in nt, n- ny being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he ny is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born of in surden on or about the 5 day of Sept in the year one thousand, eight hundred and 75 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of Nov. of Murpha in the State of A.Y. on or about the 29n 30 day A. D. 18 899 and that he now resides at No 3 andrew Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since for continuously within the State of Connecticut since nov 1899, and I 899. and that said applicant did on the 15 day of State Sept 404 before the leits Court MuBitain declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 17th day of. Sept. 1906 Hans Maloalne Enderson Clerk. Applicant. Soloman auderson being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at of No. 51 Duright Street, in Multitain State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a steel turner that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past turnly n 25 years, to wit, from I of turner , to 1 , that his occupation is that and that lie resides at No andrew Street, in MulButain that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since seem years then Hows , and continuously within the State of Connecticut since same I , and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of d Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
