D. got and that he now resides at No 212 main ort Street, day in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the June et, United States since efol, and the continuously within the State of Connecticut since gune I 901 and that said applicant did on the 16 Oct 1902 before the City Court nd day of hu Britain int a declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he es advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Applicant. ascar Johusm being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 212 main Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a mechanic that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United, States, and has known him for the past fur years, to wit, from gnac 1901 to 1 that his occupation is that of files and that he resides at No 2/2 main Street, in Anuthitain that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since June 1001 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since June I 901 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
