D. 18 899 and that he now resides at No 279 High Street, ay in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the et, United States since may 1899, and he 899 and that said applicant nd continuously within the State of Connecticut since did the 16 april 904 I before the Eaily Count nt on day of MulBitain ed declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, ty here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 17 dax of Dept. 1906 Meksanter Roziatek Applicant. Clerk. Maharles Pkidoski No. 83 Broad Street, in Arabitation State of Connecticut, and is by occupation beiug duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at of a machinist that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past fin years, to wit, from Gett 901 that his occupation is that of labor to and that he resides at No. High Street, in her Britain that he personally knows that the applicant has resided coutinuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since. 1600 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I 901 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the in d principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That far as he knows, is nformed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, ly so is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ly nor ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting States or killing of of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United or any ed other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
