APPLICATION OF Frddick Vinant Schwer To be Admitted a Citisen of the United States of America. taker By occupation Endrick Vincent Schwer being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in Hungaria on or about the 18th day of February in the year one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new you the State of new your Hold Biloin, on or about the 15th day in of lother A. D. 1893 and that he now resides at No Church Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the October 15th United States since 1893 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may Syptimber, 899 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 4th day of June 1906 George Intended Frederick Nincent Schwer Applicant. Clerk. Charles H. Chillindin being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. Street, in Killing worth State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a farmer that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past horler a Thirtern years, to wit, from 1893 or I 594 to about 900 that dus occupation is that of do not know ocental and that the resides at No. Street, that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 1893 or 1894 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 1893 w 1894 to 1900 That he believes when he to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence came within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant not nor does disbelieve in is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
