being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past years, to wit, from I , to I 3 that his occupation is that of and that he resides at No. Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 18 , and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I , and that during the said tinie of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all goverment, officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of organ- other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act any of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. COOPER , Judge. IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION OF THE ABOVE-NAMED APPLICANT TO BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. April "An Act 14, to Acts subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of entitled the 1802, Congress and the the United States, entitled "An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of pursuant Naturalization, etc.," passed of Act The of above-named of applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States to the directions in Court, Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March and Congress personally made acts required, and it appearing to the Court that the said affidavits of the applicant and his taking witness were as duly by the said producing such evidence and affidavits and making such declarations and renunciations, 3, 1903, and appearing such oaths are and recorded, it is States of America. ORDERED by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United By the Court, beach Witdell Clerk.
