APPLICATION OF Frams Opcar Johnner To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation labour Frans Opcar Johuson being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in Surden on or about the 15th day of July in the year one thousand eight hundred and proving perm and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new you in the State of new york on or about the main 8th day of november A. D. 18 99 and that he now resides at No 546 and Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since novem lin 1999 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since Felmary I 900 and that said applicant did on the 19th day of September 1902 before the CLG Court we the and for the C3 of need Bintain declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. MAR 1906 Sworn to before me, this day of Charlo Witelee 19 Frances Oscar Johnson Applicant. Clerk. Otto Barner being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 28 Smith Street, in newBintain State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a mechanic that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past put years, to wit, from summer I 1900 to prisent time 1 that his occupation is that of labour and that he resides at No west main Street, in new Britain that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since summer of 1900 and continuously within the " State of Connecticut since 900 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. 20 MAR 1906 Sworn to before me, this day of. 19 lew Honver Witness.
