120 MINORS. United States of Elmerica. City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Albin Johnson To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation Woulder is Albin Johnson being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he in Seveden the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born on or about the 11 day of Uncelle in the year one thousand eight hundred and 77 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of New developed in the State of new yab on or about the 5 day of august A. D. 18 95 and that he now resides at No 286 leh ohum are Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since 1895, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I f95 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this day of MAR 31 1906 albin Johnson Applicant. Clerk. blas John Fludin being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 41 Howard Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Woulder that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 29 years, to wit, from 887, to 1 906 , that his occupation is that of Woulder and that he resides at No an Street, in New pirtain that he personally knows that the applicant, has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since august5 895, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since !, & I 895 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
