APPLICATION OF Jamini noman To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation Jun plate is James the above-named norran being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he Grelans applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born in on or about the 28 day of March in the year one thousand eight hundred and 78 of BRlin and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port in the State of Maeradumet on or about the 13 day of October A. D. 900 and that he now resides at No 47 Hulbut Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since Dilika 13 800 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since Oct13 I 946 , and that said applicant did on the 2) day of September 902 before the leth lenver Heroputain declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. day of 13 1906 Clerk. 19 farchering Applicant. MAR Sworn to before me, this Michael J Kenney being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 20 Unir Ng Undutake Street, in New Butans Connecticut, by occupation State of and is a that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past fun years, to wit, from Delotic 1900 to present time 1 , that his occupation is that of tin Klater and that he resides at No Hand bust Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since Olobn 1800 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since October 900 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
