APPLICATION OF Star Sciklei To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation labors Steve Sukler being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born in Russia on or about the 11th day of november in the year one thousand eight hundred and Eight tar and emigrated the United States, landing the Port to at of new york in the State of new York on or about the 15th day of in New may Britain that he has arrived A. D. 18 89 the and of that he now resides at No. 636 nath main within Street, the ; at age twenty-one years that he has resided continuously United States since continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 1889, and did on the 16th day of Decam for 993 before the as Count of may I 889 and that said applicant New Bnian declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawf ful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, I903. Sworn to before me, this day of MAR 13 1906 19 Charleill Withlee Steve Sicklai Applicant. Clerk. Stanislans Sutula being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 135 Lafayette Street, in NewBritan State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a driver that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past fir years, to wit, from Februar present time labor 900, to ] that his occupation is that of north main Street, in him Britain and that he resides at No that he personally knows that the applicant has resided coutinuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since State of Connecticut since Honey February 1900 and continuously within the 900 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
