APPLICATION OF Vincerity nagarsky To be Admitted a Citisen of the United States of America. By occupation transter Vin cluby nazanshy being duly sworn, deposes and that he that born he says, is the above-named applicant for admission as á Citizen of the United States of America was in Russia on or about the 25th day of april in the year one thousand eight hundred and 70 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of newyork in A. the D. 1891 State of and that new he now York resides at on No or 69 about the Orange day Street, of in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the march 1891 and United States since continuously within the State of Connecticut since march I 891 and that said applicant did the 14th on Britain day of July I 896 before the City Count of new declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further affiliated deposes Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, and that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or he advocate any or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, with says, organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor either does of because specific of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 6thedon :day of march 1906 (winerty neggersky pplicant. Clerk. No. 160 Washing lin Street, in N.W Brtani State of Connecticut, and is by occupation William Jackman being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at labore that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named a applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past tin a twiler years, to wit, from april I 895 Cramsler to present time 1 , that his occupation is that of and that he resides at No 69 Orange Street, in haw Britan that he personally knows that the applicant has resided coutinuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since april 1895 and continuously within the april I 895 and that during the said time of his State of Connecticut since residence the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, of the same. attached That to the in principles within of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed disbelieve to the good in nor order is he and opposed happiness to all organized goverment, so far as he knows, is of informed, affiliated or with believes, any organization the applicant entertaining does not or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- of nor is he a member nor does or he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful of the assaulting United States or killing or of any ized government, or either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the provisions of the Act any officer officers, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any March of other Congress organized entitled government, 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved 3, 1903.
